Farah Chakhachiro is a pioneering woman leader in sustainable agriculture and social innovation in the United Arab Emirates. As the Vice President and Co-founder of Gracia Group, she has played a central role in driving forward the region’s transformation in farming, education, women's empowerment, and peacebuilding.
With a vision rooted in empowerment and sustainability, Farah is also the founder of Beit Salwa, a unique venture promoting women-led agricultural experiences and traditional food heritage. Her work encompasses entrepreneurship, environmental stewardship, and inclusive education.
