Farah Chakhachiro

Farah Chakhachiro is a pioneering woman leader in sustainable agriculture and social innovation in the United Arab Emirates. As the Vice President and Co-founder of Gracia Group, she has played a central role in driving forward the region’s transformation in farming, education, women's empowerment, and peacebuilding.

With a vision rooted in empowerment and sustainability, Farah is also the founder of Beit Salwa, a unique venture promoting women-led agricultural experiences and traditional food heritage. Her work encompasses entrepreneurship, environmental stewardship, and inclusive education.

Farah is a recognized voice in regional and international forums. She has spoken at prestigious events such as the Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF) and the Global Vertical Farming Show, where she advocates for digital entrepreneurship, food security, and innovation. She regularly contributes to youth-focused platforms, including the UAE Youth Earth Summit, where she served as a panel judge, and is an invited speaker at events like the Global Food Forum and the AIM Conference in Dubai.

Deeply committed to social impact, Farah leads Grow Peace, a Gracia-led initiative using farming as a tool for education, healing, and inclusion. Through this program, she works with schools, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and correctional facilities, demonstrating how agriculture can reconnect people to nature, purpose, and community.
