Simon Walker

Future of Work and Leadership Expert

Simon Walker

Many businesses are being disrupted by competition that is adept at exploiting rapid technological, social and demographic change.
Simon is an expert in how to lead people through this change, offering established businesses the leadership insights needed to unlock the innovation, agility and flexibility that their disruptive competition enjoys. He unpacks the barriers that established businesses often unconsciously put up for themselves – the leadership, cultures, processes and structures that created previous success are often the very things holding back innovation, agility and experimentation. Overcoming these barriers results in organisations that can not only survive and thrive, but also have the capacity to disrupt their disruptors.
Simon also helps makes sense of the future of work and in particular the leadership behaviours and attitudes required to attract, enable and keep the diverse talent needed to build sustainable and competitive organisations.
