Neuroscience for Business
\Emotions exert a major influence on the way we deal with colleagues, customers or indeed any business relationship. We can’t divorce ourselves from the emotional responses that shape our thinking. They determine success or failure in all areas:
leadership, team collaboration, negotiation and business development – without us even realising it!
All too often we are promised tools and techniques that claim to improve our leadership, our sales performance or
our negotiation success with little understanding of how or why they work.
Our keynotes create a safe environment where your people can open-up. We explore their attitudes and mindset as well as any limiting beliefs that may be subconsciously working against them. The session is always related to day-to-day challenges and individual experience to make it compelling and of immediate benefit. We trigger insight and action leading to the questions, What will I now do differently? and How will I do this?
Neuroscience explains why so much of our behaviour is based on emotion and why despite our best endevours we often fall short of the results we want. With even a basic understanding of how the brain works, neuroscience answers the question ‘why should I behave like this and not like that’. When we understand why, this drives real behaviour change and a desire to truly embrace new ideas to deliver success.
Our interactive delivery is based on sound principles to ensure the ideas sticks, so planting the seeds of change. You will witness an exciting and immediate impact. Your people will start to think and act differently.
Our keynotes create an immersive, vivid and compelling experience so your people leave with insight and renewed motivation to act!Book this speaker
