Abeer Sharaf is the founder and Managing Director of Ways International training & consultancy. Abeer has a Masters’ degree in Liberal Studies Emphasized in Business & Public Administration from Jacksonville State University “JSU”, and is a note-speaker in international conferences and seminars. Abeer had the pleasure in changing many lives through working as a guide/coach to tactical communication like: how to communicate with power and authority, how to become a successful leader, and how to persuade and motivate the 4 behaviour types.
