Alwaleed Alkeaid is an international sports executive and institution builder specializing in strategy, governance, workforce and organizational development. He helps sports organizations build the structures, leadership and operating capability needed to turn ambition into results.
Alwaleed brings more than 15 years of experience in sport, spanning executive leadership, board service, entrepreneurship and international federation administration. He is Founder and Managing Director of the Saudi Sports Professionals Network, Secretary General of Yoga Global Federation and an Executive Council Member of the Asian Yogasana Sport Federation, and his previous roles include CEO of the Saudi Boxing Federation and Vice Chairman of the Saudi Gymnastics Federation. That combination of executive and board experience informs his understanding of how organizations make decisions, assign responsibilities and manage delivery.
As a speaker, Alwaleed examines the questions facing sports leaders: does the organization have the capabilities its strategy requires, are responsibilities clear, how should boards and management work together, and what needs to change when organizational growth outpaces the team's capacity to deliver.
