Amel Murphy is an organisational Learning practitioner, a facilitator and a business

mentor, with over 17 years experience in designing efficient organizational structures and

implementing interventions that build skills, shift mindsets and develop leaders to ensure

a successful and sustainable change

Murphy combines head, heart and body practices and theories to facilitate deep dialogue

and help individuals, teams and organizations access a more profound innovation,

communication and leadership development.

Murphy’s interest in leadership has developed over a non-linear career spanning different

industries and countries, and never following a traditional path. Murphy is dedicated to

being a bridge between belief systems, cultures and sectors, and to inspiring and enabling

people to be ‘good foregoers’.

Murphy is passionate about bringing the values of feminine leadership to organizations, to

not only make them profitable but to make them truly agents of world benefit.

Past and current clients include FTSE100 companies, Public Sector Leaders and Social

Entrepreneurs. Murphy’s work is based on over 17 years business and organizational

experience living and working in UK, Gabon, Chicago, KL and Algeria. This includes 10

years as an executive in the Energy Sector.

Murphy is currently exploring movement practices to build a body-based skillset for

improved leadership, communication and perception ability when interacting with other

people in both the workplace and our personal relationships

Murphy is Faculty of international renewed female leader program CIYO (Coming Into

Your Own). Co-founder of the first Lean In circle in the GCC, Co-Founder of The LINK

a female mentoring platform in the region (MENA).

Murphy is an Art of Hosting practitioner, team structural dynamic and Theory U

practitioner.

Murphy holds a Master in organizational capabilities and Development from University

College of London.

She is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Spanish.
