Nicolai Tillisch: Supporting ambitious people to become more successful
Nicolai Tillisch has wondered what makes people successful and fulfilled in life. He has done that throughout his own impressive career, during which time he has been a consultant with McKinsey, an executive at DDB, and a serial entrepreneur.
Nicolai has co-authored the book Return on Ambition: A Radical Approach to Your Achievement, Growth, and Well-Being (Fast Company Press, 2021) with Nicolai Chen Nielsen. The underpinning research shows that ambitious people’s ambitions can in fact be an obstacle that they need to overcome. It’s not a question of giving up ambitions, though; it’s about relating to oneself more consciously.
As a speaker, Nicolai is energetic, entertaining, and engaging. He has been a keynote speaker at the international HR Summit & Expo, at the Network of Executive Woman, at the global Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) conference, and at The Millionaire Club, amongst others, and he has given guest lectures at INSEAD and HEC Paris. Not only that, but he has given interviews to media outlets Børsen (Denmark), Dubai Eye (UAE), The Times of India (India), Süddeutsche Zeitung (Germany), Wall Street Journal (USA), and Xinhua (China), to name but a few.
Nicolai is part of Cultivating Leadership, the prestigious global network that helps leaders and organizations to thrive in complexity. His clients are successful leaders across four continents.
