Why Great Ideas Die
Making Sense of AI
Refrigerator Stories
Jos Dirkx is a global speaker, artist, singer, and writer working at the intersection of AI, identity, education and human meaning. She has lived in fifteen countries, traveled to more than 100, and sat in many kinds of rooms - from Fortune 500 boardrooms to UN field offices, from rooms with power to rooms the world overlooks. She'll tell you the lesson was similar everywhere, even where you'd least expect it: we are here for kindness, love, purpose, and connection.
By day, she's a globally booked voice on AI - delivering keynotes for Google, HSBC, Workday, IHG and many others, while often advising their leadership teams. As the Founder of Beenova AI, she works directly with executive teams, governments, and institutions to turn AI from abstract ambition into real-world systems, shaping how organizations adapt, decide, and move forward in an exponential era.
By night, she's in a recording studio above her living room, working on a debut album. The two halves are the same work: finding a voice while everything else changes. This year that question takes a stage of its own. Her solo show, Refrigerator Stories: A Search for Home, previews in Montréal, Toronto, New York, Amsterdam and Dubai. It has since become a keynote of the same name, because the question at its centre proves just as expensive in a boardroom as it is at home.
The impact, in numbers: learning systems reaching ~85,000 learners worldwide; frameworks referenced by education ministries across six countries; a Dutch Government AI grant, and World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer through Beenova AI.
She delivers 50+ keynotes a year to audiences from Sydney to Stockholm to Silicon Valley, with her thought leadership featured in CNBC, Entrepreneur, Mail & Guardian, and peer-reviewed academic journals. As Peter Diamandis, founder of XPRIZE, puts it: “Jos's work bridges your inner genius with the outside world.”
Behind her talks sit strategy and storytelling: her AI Policy Framework and Maturity Index help organizations decide what to adopt, what to avoid, and in what order - the same thinking she brings to boards, executive teams, and ministries from Malaysia, Brazil, and India, to Sweden, Finland and the UK. And beneath the strategy sits her real goal: keeping the question of what keeps us human - creativity, judgment, connection - at the center of the exponential tech conversation, on every stage and every page.
Book Jos for a keynote, workshop, or Keynotes in Concert performance with live piano - audiences leave with language for things they may often feel but rarely say out loud.
