Entrepreneurial Leadership for Corporates
Corporate Innovation and Speed of Execution
From Corporate Operator to Exited Founder
Mahmoud Adham is an exited founder, board member, and former corporate operator who bridges the gap between corporate structure and startup agility. He is highly sought after by boards, executives, and leadership teams who want to think and act with greater entrepreneurial speed, clarity, and discipline.
Mahmoud is best known as the founder of Munchbox, a healthy snacks startup that he scaled into a dominant regional consumer brand. His remarkable entrepreneurial journey was featured by CNN and culminated in a successful acquisition by Savola Group, one of the Middle East’s largest food conglomerates.
Before building his own company, Mahmoud spent over a decade operating within global corporate environments. He held senior operational and leadership roles with Procter & Gamble across Belgium, Egypt, and Nigeria, and later with Mars in Dubai. This unique career trajectory gives him a rare perspective from both sides of the fence. He deeply understands the systems, governance, and complexities of large multinationals, while intimately knowing the urgency, ambiguity, and extreme personal accountability required to build a business from scratch.
Today, Mahmoud sits on several boards across the MENA region and delivers highly practical, direct training sessions grounded in lived experience rather than theory. Whether he is discussing board effectiveness or execution speed, Mahmoud helps corporate leaders extract the best of the entrepreneurial mindset without romanticizing startup chaos.
