Naïla Chbib

Naïla is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, fashion expert, and brand strategist with over a decade of experience blending creativity, sustainability, and business strategy. With a fashion degree from Parsons and a business degree from Webster University, Naïla brings a rare dual perspective to the world of fashion entrepreneurship—combining design mastery with sharp commercial insight.

Her early career includes working as an Assistant Designer for renowned labels such as Donna Karan and Liz Claiborne, as well as contributing to Harper’s Bazaar. As the former Fashion Director of Social Life Magazine, she honed her skills in trend forecasting, editorial direction, and brand positioning.

In 2012, Naïla launched her own eco-conscious swimwear brand, gaining global recognition for using recycled materials to create stylish, sustainable pieces. Her collections have been showcased four years in a row at Miami Swim Week, with sponsors including MAC Cosmetics, FIJI Water, and DHL—a testament to her ability to build impactful, market-ready fashion brands with purpose.

Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Naïla is a passionate educator and mentor. She teaches at the Fashion Institute of Design (FAD) in Dubai, guiding aspiring designers and entrepreneurs on how to build authentic, scalable fashion brands. She also leads wellness retreats focused on personal growth for women, and regularly delivers keynote talks and workshops on brand building, sustainable design, and the intersection of purpose and creativity.

Today, Naïla is a consultant and brand coach, empowering purpose-led businesses to scale with clarity, authenticity, and impact. Her mission: to help creative entrepreneurs discover their “genius zone” and build brands that matter.
