Biography
Rakan is a motivational executive director who has steered business development across both start-ups and multinational corporations. With over 20 years of experience at multinationals, Rakan specialises in revenue growth and marketing across the FMCG, banking and technology sectors. Throughout this time, he championed change at the business and cultural levels and implemented processes ensuring team and management integration.
Prior to joining the FII Institute leadership team, Rakan held the position of Head of Corporate Communications reporting to the Governor of the Public Investment Fund. During his time at PIF, Rakan led the creation and launch of the Future Investment Initiative, heading the management of the forum for the past three years. He also worked as business group lead at Microsoft.
