Rudy Shoushany

Rudy Shoushany is a recognized technology leader, emerging technology strategist, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker with more than 23 years of experience in the technology field. He has supported organizations across the MENA region in innovation, digital transformation, governance, cybersecurity, fintech, blockchain, and emerging technology adoption. A member of the prestigious Forbes Technology Council, he serves as Coordinator of the Strategy Committee of the Digital Transformation and Governance Network Lebanon.

Rudy graduated from UNISA in South Africa and has earned executive leadership and digital transformation credentials from leading institutions including PwC, Stanford University, and Boston University. He is the founder of BCCManagement, a technology consultancy firm, and the founder, host, and moderator of DxTalks, the Digital Leaders Platform, and CryptoTalks Wednesdays, where he convenes regional and international voices shaping the future of technology.

Rudy has served as a UN ESCWA judge for Digital Arabic Content under the Arab Forum for Sustainable Development for 2022, 2023, and 2024. He has also worked as a UN ESCWA international consultant on blockchain technology in trade facilitation and represented the Arab world in 2022 at the United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, contributing to discussions on the digital agenda. His expertise spans AI governance, cybersecurity, fintech and blockchain, digital government, and technology leadership.
