Sharif is extremely passionate about the explosive power of creativity, collaboration, design and innovation. As a keynote speaker, trainer and the current lead coach at ‘Winnovate’, he focuses on ground-breaking methodologies and powerful processes that drive innovation for societies, institutions, businesses and individuals alike.‘Winnovate’ (which is powered by SAP) was born from a desire to fuel a movement of impactful innovation and offers collaborative learning opportunities and exciting programs that will let you experience various innovation methods like Design Thinking, Business Model Innovation and others. 

Sharif has more than 20 years of experience in various cross-functional managerial and leadership roles in the retail, media and human capital development sectors. 

He holds a BA in Communication, a minor in Psychology and a post-graduate degree in New Media Studies. 

He has also completed advanced certifications and qualifications in multiple disciplines including Co-Active Coaching, Relationship Systems Coaching, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Design Thinking & Innovation.
