Sonia Haboub is an expert in Consumer Behavior on social networks and Holistic Nutrition, with a deep-rooted passion for natural healing and wellness. Born in Italy and raised in Piemonte, amidst the stunning Italian Alps, her early exposure to traditional and natural remedies came from her grandmother, who instilled in her a deep respect for the Earth’s gifts. Her mother further introduced her to herbal medicine, naturopathy, and the healing properties of essential oils and spices, shaping her lifelong commitment to holistic health.
With a double degree in International Commerce, Intercultural Business & Marketing, and World Civilization & Literature, Sonia pursued her studies across the United States, Scotland, the United Kingdom, and France. She later earned a double Master’s degree in International Affairs with a specialization in geopolitics. Her academic journey culminated in a PhD focused on the impact of nutritional marketing awareness on young consumers’ eating habits, where she spent four years researching food industries, globalization, social networks, and the psychology of consumption. Her research concluded that modern consumers are deeply influenced—often unknowingly—by large corporations and marketing strategies.
With over 13 years of professional experience spanning five industries—Fashion & Luxury, Maritime Logistics, Government Relations, Bioagriculture, and Academia—Sonia has worked in 32 countries and traveled to more than 98. Fluent in eight languages, she has built a global perspective on consumer behavior, marketing, and health.
Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Sonia is also an international athlete, competing in Half Marathons and Triathlons worldwide. As an International Speaker, she actively supports global initiatives, including those aligned with the UN, advocating for sustainable health, mindful consumption, and ethical marketing practices. She is also a recognized public figure in the sports, lifestyle, and fashion industries, inspiring audiences worldwide through her expertise, research, and personal experiences.
