Dr. Adil Al-Qusadi, is currently leading Gulf Think Tank, the first of its kind think tank and boutique consulting firm to develop integrated business solutions in the field of sustainability, development and aid, third sector mobilization and strategic philanthropy. Gulf Think Tank is introducing a new model for the sustainability and shared-responsibility and help the philanthropic circles in the GCC to actively contribute to new causes that they didn’t used to support like arts, sports and environment.
As a graduate of University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) of Genève, He possess a unique exposure to the key institutions influencing the global agenda and the world-class network of the development global community.
For several years, Al-Qusadi developed hands-on experience while working alongside international organizations and corporates as well as serving in key capacities within governmental agencies headquarters in the Saudi capital of Riyadh. He successfully managed the first transformation program (2020), and also led a multinational team to draft the national strategy for foreign aid and development strategy of Saudi Arabia. He was chosen to be among high-level decision making bodies within the Saudi government as the Bureau of experts at the Council of Ministers as well as other executive and national supervisory committees.
In 2014, He was chosen to be a member of the advisory group supporting the transition of some UN agencies and became a member of the Transformation through Innovation thematic team of the World Humanitarian Summit. Furthermore, he is an active member in different professional societies like PHAP and SoPE.
Al-Qusadi was born in the spring of 1982 on top of the highest altitude of the Arab Peninsula, Abha of Saudi Arabia.
